"Talk about excellent customer service! (Can I give 10 stars?) As soon as we opened the door and walked in Alicia Diaby had walked out of her office to greet us. Once seated and she had our information she had a possible policy ready for review. With a few tweaks we were ready to cancel our former insurance company and sign with State Farm. Alicia is very personable and has a wonderful sense of humor. Carla Fenzel came in to introduce herself and make sure Alicia was taking care of us. I highly recommend this office and State Farm as well."
